Our mission is to ensure that all residents achieve their hard-earned wages and return home safe and well. We help workers achieve their labor rights through education, worker leadership, and assistance in navigating the legal rights process.

Whether it is workplace harassment, threats related to your residency status, or having your wages withheld for illegal reasons, there are range of topics around which our Center offers programming. |
Wage Theft Advisory Committee to the Somerville City CouncilSWC serves as the main facilitator of the bi-monthly meetings of the Committee, which was founded by the City in 2019 to address the pervasive abuse of immigrant labor. |
