About our ESOL Courses

  • There are two semesters of classes in a year, fall and spring, with registration in August and January respectively.
  • Classes meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • We offer four levels of instruction, from beginner to high intermediate
  • Morning classes are held from 9:30am to 12pm (Level 1, 2, 3, and 4).
  • Evening classes are held in person from 6:30-8:30pm (Level 1 and 2) or virtually from 6:30-8:00pm (Level 3 and 4).
  • Students also have the option to work with a tutor one-on-one outside of class for additional support.

  • Students must pay a registration fee of $30 for one semester of classes.
  • If financial help is needed, scholarships are available to cover the $30 fee.
  • Residents of public housing are exempt from the fees.

Student Experience

"As my first educational experience in the United States, I am grateful for my English class. It was a warm welcome to a great place. It has helped me to build communications and helped me with my English language.

A huge thank you goes to the “Welcome Project” and my teachers who helped me further achieve my academic goals here in the United States. Still today I continue to look for work on my field. Thank you from bottom of my heart, for your trust and hard work for helping me."
