Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that all residents achieve their hard-earned wages and return home safe and well. We help workers achieve their labor rights through education, worker leadership, and assistance in navigating the legal rights process.
The Somerville Worker Center is a program of The Welcome Project, in collaboration with MassCOSH and the Brazilian Worker Center. This program is funded by the City of Somerville's Job Creation and Retention Trust.
