An active Board of Directors governs the Welcome Project. Half of these members are tenants at the Mystic Public Housing Development. Welcome Project Board members from the larger Boston area community bring a variety of skills to the organization, including fundraising, group facilitation, financial management, and outreach. Board members from the Mystic Development bring bilingual skills, and a deep knowledge of community needs. Current staff includes a community organizer, an ESOL Teacher, a Citizenship Teacher, a Vietnamese community Liasion and the Executive Director.
